Yes, I'm learning a bit more of my Patrick, and you're right...they aren't the same.

My Patrick married his wife, MaryAnn Agnes Gallagher when he was 18 and she was near 30. Apparantly, and this is all family lore at this point, MaryAnn was betrothed to one of Patrick's older brothers, but right before the nuptials took place, he high-tailed it out of town to Montana! So, Patrick married her instead! HA! The other tidbit I've learned is that his parents were Irish, but he was born in Liverpool before they came over to the USA. I have no idea if any of this is true, but it's a place to start. I know he had at least two brother's and that there was an Austin McGuire who may have been an Uncle or cousin that he didn't care for very much.
