Surnames: Mannering, Russell, North
I'm looking for information on William Mannering born Oct. 14, 1821 and died Aug. 19, 1850. He lived in Williamson County, IL and married Narcissus J.(Narcissa) Russell. He may have had brothers and sisters living in the area. I have not found an earlier generation of Mannerings in the area. Any information would be appreciated.
