Hi! I also have Manners in PA. Mine is John Manners b. 1760 in the Channel Islands (I have to find where that is) and died in1785 in Armstrong Co., PA. He married Sallie Couch b. 1761 in Westmoreland Co. PA. I am descended from their daughter Abigail b. 1790 in Armstrong Co. PA.
I would be happy to hear from anyone that might have more on this family and share what I have.
