Surnames: Mannion Manion Hooper Van Netter
I am Looking for info on Helen Van Netter whom was widowed by William Horace Hooper. Helen then remarried to a Mannion (either HM or HF?, Mannion) at some point after 1879. I am looking for info on children they may have had. She lived in Oakland, Alameda, or San Francisco. She was born in Wisconsin. It is unclear if Mannion was from California or Wisconsin
