I am looking for the parents of James Marvin Mansfield (my ggg-grandfather) who was born in June 1851 and according to census records was born in Tennessee. James Marvin married Mary Ann Brasfield (who I am also trying to find her parents) in 1874 and had 6 children Nola Lenore, Louisa, Joe Allen (my gg-grandfather), Wilson, Tolly, and Maud Mansfield. Any information would be appreciated, as I have hit a roadblock and cannot trace my tree back any futher.
