The Mapel family I'm researching came to California about the same time period. His father (Elijah Mapel (Sr) is buried in MO.
Elijah Mapel (Jr) was living in Stockton, CA by 1898 or 99. I believe he also died around 1926. He had a daughter named Daisy. I don't have any of these names yet in my research. But, we could be connected. Please email if you want to compare notes.
