I'm looking for information on William Maples/Nancy Long and their children. I believe my 3rd great grandmother was Nancy Maples Butler, 17th child of William Maples and Nancy Long Maples. I have recently gotten a family picture identified as "Nancy Maples Butler, 1812-1892". Nancy married Williamson Butler, left TN and went to Jackson Co. AL with William and Nancy Maples and shortly before William's death in 1847, went to Crawford County AR where she eventually died in 1892. I'm looking for any descendants of Nancy's siblings who might have something to verify this information. Any help or suggestions that you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
