I'm setting up a family tree dedicated to the
research of the descendants of Charles Marais (who arrived in South Africa in 1688) with the specific intention of expanding the tree in a 'top-down' fashion (and thus focusing on the older generations, creating a framework for a possible future 'definitive' source of research).
