Marble Motel in Tremonton, UT

Surnames: Marble, Stears, Hoonsbeen
I was traveling through UT last week and saw the Marble Motel. Since Marble is my maiden name I stopped. It was named after the builder. But the current owners did not know his full name. It was built in 1942. Does anyone have any information to share.
