I am looking for a Martha Ann Marcum, who married a Charles Orland Oxley in 1925, in Athens County, Ohio
Martha had at least one child, (Betty Joyce Oxley, later changed to Peggy or Margaret Joyce Oxley, and lived in Wellston City, Jackson County, Ohio in 1930).
