My G-Grandfathers name was Eliseo Marines (1878-1963) from Coahuila. His parents here Nemecio Marines and his mother was Edubejas Cedillo. I know there are many interpretations on the spelling but these were their names. Eliseo Marines had a brother named Brigido Marines I have recently learned. Eliseo Marines changed his name to "Robert Rogers" sometime between 1910 and 1920 and moved to East Texas in the Longview/Tyler Area where he and his children lived out their years. Eliseo Marines (Robert Rogers) married a Rachel Vilchez (1888-1969). Her parents were David Vilchez (1862-1929) and Hilaria Nava (1863-1929). Eliseo and Rachel had 6 children. They are:
Mitchel Rogers (1910-1926)
Robert Rogers Jr. (1912-1933),
Bedell Rogers (1914-1994)
Beatrice Rogers Price (1916-1998)
Estella Rogers (Born 1906) and
Lola Rogers Rogers Galvan (Born 1908).
