My father was Charles Franklin Martindale, born in Indian Territory, (now Eastern OK) in 1892. His father was John Martindale from AR and moved to Eastern OK.
This probably does not match any of your family, but I am also looking for more on my father's family so please share if there is anything relative. Also, check out Texas (maybe in the San Angelo [Bronte] area and the Amarillo area) Best wishes.
