I wonder if anyone could perhaps help me? Im searching for information about an Elsie robertson cooper massie and Alexander bissett who were my grandparents. Elsie was born in methlick to a margaret massie, who's parents were from auchterless. She ? married but definately got together with an alexander johnston or joseph bisset, ?had a son alexander around aberdeen in 1928 then moved to dumfries and galloway between 1928 and 1932. I have found elsie's family but am trying to trace alexander, and them as a couple. There seems to have been some covering up of life history going on, its all rather mysterious, if anyone can help Id be most grateful, val.
