Edward and Peter Masterson of Lake Forest Illinois, 1880

I am researching my gggrandfather, Peter MASTERSON. I have recently received information that he was married to Abby MILLER, from NY. My great grandfather was their son, Edward Eugene MASTERSON, born August 23, 1880 in Lake Forest Ill. Edward married Alma STREIBER, born in 1879 in Highland Park, Ill. Alma had two sons, Charles Thomas and Eugene. After she passed away, in 1915, Edward remarried and had more children. Charles and Eugene went to live with their maternal grandparents, the STREIBER's. Charles and Eugene never met their half siblings. I am interested in finding more information on Peter and Edward.
