Looking for a William or Bill Matthews/Mathews. Born about 1940 give or take a couple years. He was incarcerated in the LAA. area around 1961/2. I know that his parents also lived in the Los Angeles area, but do not know if this is where they originally came from. I know he would be over 65 years old if still around and had one son by 1961/2.
