Updating my earlier posting on Plura Maxie or Skaggs. Plura's mother was Milla Marinda "Rinda" Maxie b. Sep 1878 in Ky. d. unknown she was not married when Plura was born on 19 Nov 1897 in Mazie, Lawrence Co. Ky. Rinda's parents were William Isaac "Billie" Maxie and Sarah Eldridge b. 20 Mar 1845 in Morgan County, Ky d. 16 Dec 1927 in Lawrence County, Ky. Rinda later married Harrison H. Skaggs and Plura later took his last name. I would like to know who Plura's father was or if there were stories about who he might be. Thank you.
