I'm searching for any information about my G-grandfather Alexis Mainville (Mayville) from Saginaw Michigan. He married Clara DeMond and had six children: Maud, Edward, John Spencer, Walter Ralph, Helen, and Earl. In the 1900 U.S. Federal Census the last name was Mainville, in `1910 it was Mayville. My grandfather John Spencer switched back and forth...don't know why...but passed Mayville down to me in the end.
