Looking for info on Thomas McBean and Jane Gifford (Combs) McBean. Thomas b. Jun 30, 1818 in NY, d. ?Jan 8, 1885. Jane b. Nov. 26, 1828/29 in NY, d. ?Jan. 23, 1889. They had the following children: (1) Catherine Avaline McBean b. May 19, 1849 NY, d. March 13, 1899 in Lenawee Co., MI; (2) Irving T. McBean b. 1851-1953 NY; (3) Frank A. McBean b. March 1855 NY, d. June 14, 1873 in Lenawee Co., MI; (4) Jane A. McBean b. 1856/1857 NY; (5) Ida M. McBean b. 1861/1962 NY. The only info I have on this family (other than Catharine Avaline McBean) is what I found on the 1870 Lenawee Co., MI census and on the death record for Frank, who was classified as an "idiot" on the 1870 census and died of epilipsy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
