McCauley family d 1918 Howard County, TX Swine flu epidemic

On Phillips land is the burial of 4 people. Supposedly this was a family that died during the swine flu epidemic of 1918. I have found no death records in Texas, nor other county records. Do you know anything about these McCauleys? Thanks. Doyle Phillips
