Father unknown McClane. Both Louis Daniel and father born in Illinois per census records. Married Annie May in TN in 1888, had 10 kids. Moved to AR. Family stories: Annie of Cherokee descent, mother Louise married 8 times and Louis Daniel given to a man as a child. Louis had half sister with Sherman or Clay in her husband's name.
