Hi Brian: Diane and I are trying to find a connection between our families also, that probably predates Canada. Her McCrackens founded McCracken's Landing on Rice Lake in Roseneath area and mine founded McCracken's Landing on Stony Lake - not too far north of Rice Lake in Dummer Twp. It seems we all need more information on preCanada family history. Heather
