      <title>McCranie ancestors</title>
      <link>http://boards.ancestry.com/surnames.mccranie/28/mb.ashx</link>
<description>Hi, I am a McCranie descendant. My mother was Alpha Irene McCranie. Her father was Lauren McCranie, born Nov. 25, 1862 in Louisiana and died Nov. 16, 1931 near Leesville, LA in an auto accident. He married Frances Viana Jackson. His parents were Andrew Jackson (Jack) McCranie and Brilla Priscilla Huddleston McCranie. I don't know when Jack was born, but believe he was born in Florida either in St. Petersburg or Milton. I have been batting a brick wall on Jack and Brilla because I have no dates. Would any of you happen to have anything on them in your research? Would appreciate any help. These McCranies are an elusive bunch. Thanks, Gloria</description>
