This is what I know. Virginia C. Booker b. 1838 married Lewis Grogan 1853 they had Susan 1855. Virginia then marries ? MCCRARY and has Thomas Jefferson McCrary 1857 (Possibly she has two more Liege and Zeek McCrary but no proof) Then in 1863 she marries John Madison Seay and they have Henry 1864, Eliza 1866, Ida 1868, John 1868, George 1872, Auittio 1874, Charles ML 1876 and Virginia 1878. I believe that Thomas McCrarys father came from AL. There are other McCrarys in Hardin Co. TN around 1860. Later in 1900 in Alcorn Co. MS Charles Seay is visiting his brother Thomas and is caught on the census at Cornith. Virginias parents were Lafayette F. Booker and Eliza J. Coffman Booker.
