I am doing some reasear for my GIL. THis is what I have found from death certificates on her husband's (widowed) family. Walter Lee McDaniel died Feb 2, 1929. I have no birth date. She was thinking his name was Robert. He is buried in Marsh hazel Cemetary in MO as R.W. McDaniel. Aording to the tombstone b. - 10-28-1873 and death date is 3-8-1911. HIS death certificate lists his parents as unknown. WALTER's death certificate lists the father as William mcDaniel and his mom as Izora (I think) Cook. I have no idea who William or (Robert William's) parents are or where they are from. I can find no death record on Izora. I have tried find a grave and mo database of death certificates to no avail.
