Malcolm McFarlane & Mary McGown were the parents of Agnes McFarlane.I have found her birth 01/09/1814 her birth was not reg. untill 1827 when a brother Malcolm was reg.26/03/1827 The birth was reg. in Buchanan where they were living at the time but Agnes was born in Kilmaronock the spelling of surname now Macfarlane & Malcom.I have also the marriage entry in the parish reg. for Malcolm & Mary 23/04/1814 Kilmaronock Dunbarton.Does any one have details of this family,I would like to find the parents of Malcolm & Mary to enable me to move further back with my research.
