I believe what Megan was trying to say (and I should know since I am her sister) is that Hannah *Gallagher* from Fintown (Drumnaha{sp?}) married Cornelius McGeehan, also from Fintown. I believe Hannah left Ireland around 1911-13 and came to Philadelphia. Con left around the same time and they married here in Philadelphia.
We are still in contact with McGeehan relatives in Glenties. And I've had a few wonderful conversations with Mr. and Mrs. McGeehan (of the McGeehan bus line/Fintown gas station/general store) No relation, though. I know there are Dohertys and McElveys in our tree, I am just unsure which is which. I believe the Gallaghers had the McElveys and the McGeehans had the Doherty's, but don't quote me on that.
As I just stumbled onto this board, I don't have a lot of info handy. But I will check back soon and try to supply more details.
