My sister walked into a store the other day and saw a man she thought she knew from our grandmother's funeral Years ago. She went to talk to him ( VERY out of character for her) and sure enough he is family. My great grandmother Mc Gehee was married 2x. We are from the first husband and he is from the second. He has all our great grandmother's pictures and some of the family information. One of the things he shared is that he has a picture of an Indian woman we have always known as Indian Princess. She was married to either my great great grandfather or his father. He also said that back when Grandma's house burned the family Bible was only singed and it was in a room totally consumed! I am waiting to see that and the many pictures..
