I would like to contact descendants of the Annie Parks/ Patrick McGrath family of Ontario Canada. Annie Parks McGrath's mother was Jane Maher and her father was Alexander Parks, the brother of Ann Parks Mulholland my direct ancestor. Ann Parks Mulholland was born in Ontario in about 1842. She later moved to Lake City MN and then settled in Pierce Co. WI in about 1870.
Anne Jane (Annie) Parks was born 01, September, 1891 Sebastopol or Eganville, Division of Gratton, Renfrew Co., Ontario, Canada. She was christened in Cormac, Renfrew Co., Ontario. On 18 September 1917 in Renfrew Co. Ontario she married Patrick McGrath who was born in Brudenell in abt. 1894. He was the son of Thomas McGrath and Annie Grogan.
Per family recollection Annie Parks McGrath lived in the railroad town of Schriber Ontario, had a number of children and was widowed. She also was a "wonderful baker". She died in 1981.
Annie's sister Margaret Melinda Parks was married to William James Power. They had 11 children. The Powers probably lived in Douglas, Ontario. Annie's sister Mary was married to Robert Copps. They also had children. Mary Parks Copps died while living in Timmins Ontario. Annie's brother, Daniel, and sister, Beatrice, moved to Wisconsin. Dan had no children. Beatrice had a daughter. Both Dan and Beatrice are buried in Ellsworth, Pierce Co. Wisconsin.
Per the 1901 census the Alexander Parks family consisted of
Alexander Hd--Jan-09-1844--56
Jane----Wife--Mar-28-1848--52
Daniel----Son--Jul-01-1884--16
Margaret-Dau--Mar-15-1888-13
Mary-----Dau--Mar-25-1889--2
Annie----Dau--Sep-01-1891--9
Bridget---Dau--Nov-06-1893--7
Meagher (Maher)----------------
Edward---Nph--Dec-13-1884--16
Any help finding the McGraths would be greatly appreciated,
Mary
