Does anyone know where/if I could buy this book?

My earliest McInturff connection is as follows:

(You may also view my website which contains additional information: http://www.bencamp.com/mcinturff.htm)

John McInturff and Maria Rosina Kern. McIntorf, McEntorf, Mackinturf, and Mackingturf are some of the earlier forms in which the name has been written. It is thought that the name was originally the German “Mugendorf”. In the supplement of “The McInturffs”, written by Raymond L. Kringer, he shows that the name was originally Meckendorfer (with an umlaut over the “o”).

The “McInturffs” lived in Mannheim, Germany. John McInturff was born @1729. He married April 23, 1753, at the Germantown Reformed Church in Philadelphia, Pa., Maria Rosina Kern. She was born between 1730 and 1735. John died about 1779 in Shenandoah Co., Virginia. He made his will on June 25, 1779, naming his wife Roseanah-the names of two daughters and six sons; Mary, Margaret, John, Frederick, Daniel, *David, Christopher and “Gasper”. He spells his name as “John Macanturf, Sr.” in his will.

The known children of John McInturff were:

1. Mary McInturff
2. Margaret McInturff
3. John McInturff
4. Frederick McInturff
5. Daniel McInturff
6. **My ancestor** David McInturff - born in 1762. Died February 12,1845. Married Nancy Nichols, then second to Catherine Munch.
7. Christopher McInturff
8. “Gasper” McInturff
