My gggrandparents were Hugh McLaughlin & Ellen Connelly.
They came to Quebec Canada abt. 1834-35. Maybe in Ireland the name was McLoughlin. Hugh was born abt. 1785 and Ellen abt. 1793. Their children : Michael born 1821 in Leitrim, Winnifred born abt. 1825 in Ireland, John born abt. 1827 in Ireland, Terrence born 1834 in Ireland and Mark born 1835 in Quebec. Michael was my ggrandfather, he married Frances Griffin from Carlow and had quite a few children here in Quebec. Can anyone connect Hugh and Ellen to family in Killargue, Leitrim.
