Searching for any Ireland connections for Honora "Anna", or Patrick MCMANUS. They were a brother and sister who emigrated from Ireland and settled in Buffalo NY.
- Anna MCMANUS was born Mar. 1866 Ireland, entered the U.S. 1879 at the age of 21, possibly aboard the S.S. Gallia from Liverpool, April 1879. She married Redmond WALSH Oct. 23, 1888 at St. Patrick's RC Church Buffalo, NY. She died Oct. 13, 1902 in Buffalo NY. The had four living children: Arthur, Redmond Jr., Lawrence, and Rose Anna.
- Patrick MCMANUS b. Mar. 1867, Ireland was a boarder in her household working as an “Inspector” at Standard Oil Company. He immigrated in 1880.
- I have also come across the name Kate MCMANUS a couple of times but do not know if she is another family member.
Anna is my g-grandmother. Thanks for any help!
