Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help me find information on one Elizabeth McMichael, wife of Daniel Womelsdorf.
Elizabeth was born in 1703 in Germany (possibly near Deidenshausen) and died in Amity,Berks,Pennsylvania on August 1st, 1772.
With her husband Daniel Womelsdorf (1703-1759) she had atleast one child, Jacob Womelsdorf (1733-1805) who lived his whole life in Berks,Pennsylvania.
I am interested in Elizabeth because, well, for being born in Germany, McMichael is not a very German name. I'm hoping that Elizabeth was of Scottish heritage as my mother (elizabeth's direct descendant) is hoping for some Scottish ancestry.
