SHEILA MCMILLEN Sheila S. McMillen (nee Samter), 69, of Las Vegas, passed away April 10, 2009. She was a lifelong educator and retired in 1996 as the Director of English as a Second Language Program at Triton College in River Forest, Ill. Sheila is survived by her husband, of 37 years, Keith; daughter, Erin; son-in-law, Timothy; two granddaughters; and a brother, David. Services are private.
