Looking for any information on the father of Clacy McNary (b. Aug 6 1890). Mothers name is Ruah Martin (b. abt. 1866). Census records in Martinsville/Melrose Illinois show nothing for Ruah or Clacy prior to 1900. I'm hoping to find birth records for both along with Clacy's fathers name and heritage and the parents of Ruah Martin. Any information anyone might have, or the name of a Martinsville Historian would be greatly appreciated.
