Surnames: McNeill, McNeil, Tozer, Fyfe, Lillington
I have recently discovered more info on my gg aunt, Annie TOZER who emigrated to Canada 1905:
Annie TOZER b. 1882 Dundee ANS - d. 1951 Vancouver BC
m1. Robert McNEIL or McNEILL in Winnipeg MB in 1906.
Robert McNEIL was born at Crombie Water Works, Monikie ANS in 1883, son of Robert McNEIL & Mary WHITE, both b. Muthill PER. Mary was Robert's 2nd wife.
I don't know what happened to him, he's not listed on CWGC which was my 1st thought.
m2. John FYFE - date/location unknown.
Children:
- Robert McNEILL b. 1910 Winnipeg, living in Vancouver 1951.
- Ellen TOZER McNEILL (or FYFE!) b. cir 1913.
Married Charles Augustus LILLINGTON (b. 1902 Manitoba, living in Brandon 1906) date/location unknown.
Ellen d. Vancouver 1985 a few months after Charles.
Annie's obit states that she had 2 grandchildren, but they were not named.
If anyone has further info (inc 1916 census) or connections, I'd be pleased to hear from you.
Thanks, Jacqui
