Donald MCNICOL and wife Janet BETHUNE had a son born in Toronto, Can.born March 1832 or 33. He was married 1st to a Susan and had Hattie and John and 5 other children. Then he married Mary Rogers, born Jan 1849 in Tenn. They lived in Washington CO. Tenn.some of the time.He went back to Canada until the cival war was over, then came back.They also lived in Ga. and Alabama. His name was Duncan. Duncan and Mary had children; Christopher C. born Aug 1868, Mary V(Mollie) born June 1872, Amanda J. born July 1874, Erastus B. born April 1879, Alice F. born Oct 1880 or 1881, Albert A. born Nov 1884, Ethel born June 1886, Nora E. born April or May 6, 1888, Loretta (Rettie) born April 1894 or May 5, 1893 and Leona who died young. One of the John MCNIcols went to John Hopkins to become a doctor. Mary Rogers died in Washington Co.Tenn. in 1922. I have been stuck here for years. Any help at al will be dearly appreciated.
