Hi, I'm looking for information about the adoption of Irvin Everett Foote, he was adopted by Eli and Martha Carrie McQusiton. I was wondering if the name Foote is his birth name? I found this information in the McQuiston book about 6 months ago. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
