I spent a few days in Ballymena and stayed with Margaret (McRandal) and Ronnie Cooke and had a wonderful time in their company. Sheena (McRandal and Paddy McHugh were very hospitable and we had a great meal at their house on Sunday.
Joe McRandal and his wife Margaret were in great form and Joe was kind enough to take me out to Feyston Church to see the old McRandal graves.
I left Ballymena on Monday this week as they were preparing to set off for London and Maxi's funeral.
