I've read his autobiography but would like to know if anyone has copies of any additional writings of his, such as letters, his diary, etc.
My info on him is mostly on the Indiana period of his life. Here's what I have, additions/corrections requested.

George Washington McReynolds, s/o John & Margaret McReynolds, 3 Jun 1812 Russell Co VA-8 Apr 1894 Grant City, Worth Co MO, George was the brother of Abraham McReynolds (m Hester Veach) and Robert McReynolds. Their father John and his sisters Martha Brown & Rebecca Kinder were all children of Joseph (Rev War, there is a pens app but it is for a different Joseph McReynolds) & Rebecca Boring McReynolds of Russell Co VA. The McReynolds were originally Irish Quakers. The Browns, McReynolds, Kinders, & Waggoners all appear to have known each other in Russell Co VA, Jacob Kinder was an appraiser for the estate of George Thomas Brown (father of George Best Brown) and John Waggoner (brother of Henry Waggoner Sr & Jacob Waggoner Sr) one of the purchasers. When George first came to IN he stayed with John & Rebecca Kinder, his aunt. George McRunnels m Maria Green Bridges (d/o Jonathan & Nancy Paten Bridges, sister of Isaac Titsworth Bridges and Elizabeth Bridges Kinder) on 18 Jul 1830 Law Co. George Kinder m Elizabeth Bridges 14 Sept 1837 Martin Co, marriage performed by Joel Hubbard, witn George McReynolds. George W McReynolds, Preacher of the Gospel, performed a marriage in Martin Co 13 Aug 1845 for Jacob Andis & Sarah Brown (d/o George Best Brown). A puzzling Martin Co marriage is Elias Rollins Sr & Mrs Kitty McReynolds, 3 Dec 1846, another unplaced couple is Rev J F McReynolds (24 May 1837-3 June 1865) and Lois McReynolds consort of J F (18 Oct 1840-30 May 1865) both bur Pleasant Valley. In 1850 Geo W McReynolds 38 VA, wife Maricah 46 KY, Brown twp Martin Co. Was a farmer, school teacher, abolition advocate and Campbellite preacher. Later moved to MO. His obituary is in the Grant City Star, Worth Co MO, on 12 Apr 1894. George rec’d exp & baptism Oct 1832, req excl June 1834 prob to join Campbellite/Christian church
