I saw your post from 2003 saying that you were looking for information on a Bridget McTague. I also am looking for information on one. I'm not sure if it would be the same one or not, and about the only information that I have on mine is that she was born around 1830 in Ireland, immigrated to the United States (to Norfolk/Portsmouth, Virginia specifically), that she married a man named Stephen F Casey, and had seven children: Ellen, Thomas, Martin, Bridget, Stephen, James, and Patrick. The information that I have spells the surname as McTeige, but it may have been changed from McTague upon entering the United States. If you know of any information that may be helpful, please let me know. Thank you.
