I am looking for a Maggie McTeer who would have been from East Tennesse, probably Maryville or at least Blount County. The woman was a very good artist and I have a pencil work done by her in 1883 and signed. I believe that one of her family was in the Confederacy during the Civil War with a member of my family the Deaderick's. This picture I have was always on my grandmother bedroom wall until she died many years ago. I was lucky enough to get the picture and have always wondered about the person who drew it. Any help would be appreciated.
