Jim MEADOWS Sr., Age 74, of New Miami, OH passed away at Ft. Hamilton Hospital on June 3, 2008. He was born in London, KY on November 18, 1933, the son of the late James and Dorothy (Evans) MEADOWS. On January 7, 1959, Jim married Alma Jean Rose and she preceded him in death on March 4, 1984. He was a Kentucky Colonel. Jim is survived by his three children, Cathy (Jeff) Davis, James (Cathy) MEADOWS Jr., and Brannon P. Meadows; long time companion, Jacklyn Guirlinger, and her son, Patrick Sexton, all of HAMILTON, OH; grandchildren, Sam and David Conrad, Tiffaney Webb, James MEADOWS III and Sarah Meadows; two great-grandchildren who were his "best buddies", Sean and Bailey Conrad; three sisters and one brother, Earlene Anderson, Gail Adelsburger, Gary Williams and Peggy Williams, all of Hamilton; and Jim's loving canine companions, Bandit and Sheena. Granddaughter Theresa Conrad also preceded Jim in death on January 28, 1982. Private services will be held at the family's convenience. Webb Noonan Funeral Home is serving the family.
