The Chief John Ross Chapter, NSDAR in Chattanooga TN is placing DAR Revolutionary War Patriot and Wife markers at the graves of Col. Return J. and Grace Starr Meigs. All of their descendants are invited to attend the dedication ceremony. The ceremony will be October 23, 2005 at 3:00PM (Eastern time) at the Garrison Cemetery in Dayton, Tennessee.
