My Niece Lillias Hogan has records of the three Dakota Sisters, Nellie, my Graandmother and Aunts Maude and Sadie adding to their various teachers cedentials. Cousin Bob Meloy, I last saw in Roseberg Oregan. He was 85 and in tremendous heakth.
Last year or So I talked Bruce, who I guess is your father or Unlce. I am abouit 50 days older than Douglas. The twins were babies when I last them in Conde ( was 17.) Richard, Bruce and Marilynn and I were quite close. Robert was a pall Bearer at my fathers funeral, and was probably Moms *closest* cousin, though maybe Myrna was. Marlon Eldridge, Douglas Herman, Maaurice Toppila and I were all about the same age. Marlon the eldest Me, Marice or Morris and Douglas all born in the 34-35 years of the depression.
Do you have any of the old telephone company records, or equipmend. Auntie Sade was the telephone exchange in Con
de South Dakota.
The Montana sisters Lottie (Pet) and Daisy are not in a lot of pictures, but Lillias has a bunch of them including most of the Meloy Sisters. Frank and Bob Meloy went to Oregon, and pictures are rare. Harry does not appear in photos I have ever seen. but There is a photograph of their Mother with my Mother at Moms wedding, There is also a picture of my Great Great Grandmother Taylor as a very old woman. I would like to put you in direct contact with Lillias. There is on of nephews living in Minneapolis. Andrew Hogan
