As the Admin for many Rootsweb Board & List surnames I have set some guidelines. In case any of you are new to Rootsweb it is common for Admins to do so.

My guidelines are not nearly as strict as some I have seen.

DNA discussion on the surname Boards & Lists is something that is off topic. Rootsweb has set up DNA discussion boards & lists.

The most recent board post on DNA will show as deleted for the link in the email or the archives, but in fact I did not delete it, but I moved it to the DNA announcements board.

It's not my goal to make anyone feel bad. It's my goal to keep the discussion of the surname Menges on topic which is what this board was created for.
