My family search ends with Samuel Maritt born approx. 1765, died 1827 in Marion, Tennessee, his 1st wifes' name is not known,( 2nd wife possibly Barbara Wolfenbarger) we think that they had 4 children, Sarah, Theresa (nothing else known about them) Joseph born abt. 1790 married to Lilly Melton, and Samuel born 1809 in Knox,Tennessee, married to Elizabeth Wolfenbarger in Knox, Tennessee. They had 11 children all of them born in either Tennessee or Ozark Co. Missouri.
