We are trying to identify a man my mother talked about her entire life. She always referred to him as "cousin Merrill Teague" whenever she mentioned him.

The only thing we know is that he came from Anson, Texas, or at least lived there; he would have been born sometime around 1900-1915; he was still alive at the end of 1971; and that he was related to family who lived in Mills and Hamilton Counties, Texas.

He was most likely related to the Merrill family, judging by his name. We have talked with several Teague cousins - no one can identify him.

Is there anyone who might be able to help us finally get this mystery solved? I appreciate any help. Thank you.
