Would like to find "proof" of the ancestors of Stanton Merriman b. 1813, who is found in the 1850 Vermillian Twp. Erie Co OH census
Stanton 37 b PA wife Martha 33 b. NY [online info has surname of Swartwood]
All of the children are listed as b. OH.. Wm.-15, Sanford- 13, Betsy A -11, Harriet -9, Diantha -7, Earl -5, John -3, Stanton -8/12....
I have found differing info online as to the father of Stanton Merriman
1. Ira Merriman & Elizabeth Hubbard or
2. Earl L Merriman and Rebecca Stewart
