The family was from Baden Germany and arrived in the Columbus Ohio area in 1888. I have located information on the older children, Christina, Christof, Gustave, and Anna but little or no information on the younger daughters Caroline (born 1880) and Emma (born 1882). I have ship arrival information and a family photo from 1892. 1900 Ohio census shows a Maime Metzger living with William and his second family (Wife Magdalena) in the Columbus area and working in a shoe factory, Maime may be a name used by Caroline as the birth years agree. Would appreciate information on Caroline and Emma Metzger.
