I am the middle son of John Wesley Michaels and Nancy Eleanor Savoie. I am looking for as much information as is possible concerning the history of my paternal ancestry. I know that Dad had a sister named Ruby and that he was in an orphanage for a time, presumably after Simon Peter died due to a train injury. I also know that the family name of Swain is involved, either through adoption, or, I'm not sure of what other relationship the Swain name has. I also know that Kansas City Mo. and the Ozarks of Arkansas are a part of John Wesley's youth.
